Introducing New Feature to WebServe Support Center

Have you ever wanted us to be able to "show" you how to complete a specific task related to your WebServe Hosting account? Sure, our Support Center and FAQ are very helpful… but who wants to read a bunch of instructions? Well, we are pleased to announce the availability of our new DemoCenter, which features over 200 Flash Movie Tutorials on a Varity of topics!

By using the DemoCenter, you can sit back and watch over 200 movies (by topic) showing step-by-step exactly how to complete a given task. You are even able to pause and rewind the movie as needed, while you complete the given steps on your own system in real-time. more...
 
While the DemoCenter does not replace our Support Center or FAQ… it is certainly the place to start when looking for step-by-step instructions on completing a given task, or if you are having some sort of problem with your web site. You will find links to the DemoCenter in many places on our site, however the primary links are found within the drop down menu of the {Support} button near the top-center of our site, as well as, a button dedicated to the {DemoCenter} at the bottom-right corner of our site. Clicking any of the links to the DemoCenter will open the interface within a new browser window.
 
Within the top border of the DemoCenter interface is a link to {Return to Index}, which is used to reload the main menu after viewing a movie, and an {About Us} link, which tells you a little about the interface. Along the left side column you will find a {Welcome} link, which re-loads the main welcome page shown when the interface first loads. The 2nd link is {HostInfo}, which provides information about our web site, contacting us, and our name servers, as well as, the steps which you should take if you are unable to access your web site for some reason.
 
The remaining links indicated with green folder icons, are expandable folders that contain over 60 links to the Flash Movie Tutorials. Click the folder icon to expand the desired folder (by topic) and reveal the Flash Movie Tutorials within. Then click the desired tutorial link to view the movie within the main body of the interface. When the movie has finished, click the {Return to Index} link at the top-left of the interface to re-load the main menu allowing for additional selections.

We will be adding additional tutorials over time, so please check out our DemoCenter each time you are in need of assistance. We are certain that you will find this to be yet another valuable WebServe Hosting Support Resource.
