Vancouver Company One of Few Internet Companies Still Booming

Canadian web hosting provider, WebServe Canada, has jumped to number 5 on the list of British Columbia's fastest growing companies. This according to results published by a popular business paper. Those at Webserve claim the ranking is indicative of the company's strengths in the face of a crowded market.

The September 13th-19th edition of Business in Vancouver, which names the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in British Columbia, ranked WebServe Canada number 5 on the list, up from the year prior.

WebServe Canada has experienced this type of growth consistently since it's founding in 1999. This while many web hosting, telecom, and Internet service firms have struggled to make profits, or in many cases, stay in business at all.

WebServe Chief Executive Officer, Ali Mozaffari, says his firm's success can be attribute to focus, ''We're growing because we're small, focused, and able to provide reliable services that are increasingly important to small and medium sized businesses today. We operate from the concept of taking care of our customer. Keeping a simple focus on that has helped remain profitable for our entire history.''
