WebServe Phone System is licensed based on the number of simultaneous calls (internal & external) that your company makes. All editions support an unlimited number of extensions. New licenses are sold via the WebServe world wide partner network, although support and upgrade insurance can be purchased directly from WebServe. Additional Information
WebServe Upgrade Insurance
The WebServe Upgrade insurance package entitles you to free updates of WebServe Phone System for one year. This includes patches as well as new versions (eg. 8 to 9). Without the upgrade insurance package you are only entitled to software updates for a period of 30 days from activation of the software. You can purchase an upgrade insurance package within 30 days of ACTIVATION of the main license. If you do not purchase an upgrade insurance package and wish to upgrade to the latest version once a new version is released, you will have to buy a version upgrade. WebServe Support Packages
Although WebServe recommends buying via a partner and obtaining support via a WebServe partner, we do have support packages available for customers that can not find a suitable partner in their area. Pricing Terms and Conditions
FOB (End User) Internet excluding all taxes: All taxes such as royalty taxes, levies, duties, sales tax and VAT must be added to our prices and paid by the end users in their respective markets. Delivery of our software is done electronically and is activated by means of a license key.
